Dr. Tomasz Jankowski author of the “Jewish Tango” project and publisher of the album “Yiddish Tango in Poland”, will talk about the flourishing of popular music, especially tango, among Polish and Lithuanian Jews during the interwar period. The story will be narrated in English and will be accompanied by visual and audio illustrations.
