Every city has its own photographer. Vilnius had Jan Bułhak (1876–1950). This city was Bułhak’s favourite and the one he photographed the most. In the exhibition dedicated to the anniversary year of Vilnius, Jan Bułhak’s photographs are exhibited: panoramic views of Vilnius and its surroundings, photographs from the series “Gates of Dawn”, as well as postcards based on Bułhak’s works.
